Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team at Blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely support.

 - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience, working together to resolve issues and improve processes.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
 - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
