Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that their queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Address inquiries related to flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and general travel information, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, escalating issues to senior teams when necessary.
