Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Experience Operator (MEO). As a MEO, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve member inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure a seamless experience for our members by addressing their needs and providing solutions
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and be self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, with a $1 per hour pay bump
  • Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related industry
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
