Position Overview
As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Client Record Management: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
- Database System Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Digital and Paper File Organization: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Clerical Duties: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Staff Meetings and Training: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
- Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
- Related Work: Perform related work as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
- Additional Qualifications: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
