We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing top-notch support to our customers in both French and English. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and offering additional products and services. What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
  • Helping customers resolve basic technical issues with products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, including iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Offering additional products and services to customers
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent proficiency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
