**About the Role**
As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical workflow tooling at scale. You'll work closely with our Data Scientists and Engineers to create data-driven insights, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Your expertise in data visualization, analytics, and workflow tooling will enable you to craft compelling stories from complex data sets, inform business decisions, and drive process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop high-quality workflow tooling, leveraging your expertise in data visualization, analytics, and workflow tooling to drive business outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Iterate on dashboard design and development, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and driving continuous improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
* Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
* Ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
* Advanced Tableau developer skills
* Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
* Experience in software development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
* Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics
* Project management experience, including planning and driving efforts across associate groups to achieve a unified goal
