As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service Representatives**: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Connect with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* **Calmly Resolve Issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* **Escalate Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Respond to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* **Track Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Provide Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
* **Upsell**: Upsell when required.
**Qualifications**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* **18 Years of Age or Older**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
* **Typing 25 WPM**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **PC Operation and Navigation**: You must be proficient in PC operation and navigation.
* **Independent Work**: You must be able to work independently.
* **Excellent Communications Skills**: You must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment**: You must be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
* **Composed and Objective**: You must be able to stay composed and objective.
* **Strong Listening Skills**: You must have strong listening skills.
