Sr Project/Program Manager
- Familiarity with STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) FAA approval that certifies aircraft modifications

- Ability to develop and implement project plans, demonstrating a clear understanding of critical path management and providing examples of how to drive toward key milestones.
- Executive presence; ability to communicate effectively from MD level to Executive Suite.
- Strong visual communication skills; create presentation-ready visuals.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ); able to read people and adapt communication style.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically.
