Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service through various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Live Chat Inquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely resolution to their queries.
  • Assisting Guests: Provide assistance with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions, ensuring that guests receive the information they need.
  • Resolving Client Complaints: Address client complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
