The Role: Head of Brand
As our Head of Brand, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives brand awareness, preference, and loyalty. You'll oversee all aspects of brand marketing, including brand strategy, campaign development, media planning, team leadership, and budget management. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be a key member of our marketing team and a driving force behind our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
 - Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging, ensuring we're always customer-centric.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
 - Oversee the creation and execution of innovative and engaging brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and events.
 - Develop compelling brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with our target audience, driving brand preference and loyalty.
 - Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and effective delivery, maximizing ROI.
 - Identify and cultivate strategic media partnerships to amplify brand reach and visibility, optimizing media spend.
 - Lead and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive team performance.
 - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of brand marketing initiatives, measuring impact on brand awareness, market share, and revenue.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
 - 10+ years of experience in brand leadership, with a proven track record of success.
 - A strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
