Job Summary

As a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist for Federal Guardian, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for recruiting qualified medical and behavioral health providers, as well as administrative staff, to fill new and existing government contracts. Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize the number of filled assignments by identifying and recruiting top talent in the healthcare industry.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies, including internet sourcing, job boards, cold calls, and referrals, to attract qualified healthcare and administrative professionals.
  • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates to ensure they meet the required standards and qualifications.
  • Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and other contract-specific onboarding requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of reliability and consistency in your work, meeting recruitment objectives and deadlines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of verifiable experience as a professional Healthcare Recruiter, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience recruiting for federal agencies, such as the VA or DoD, is mandatory.
  • A successful history of meeting recruitment objectives and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in recruiting licensed behavioral health specialties (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D., Ph.D., etc.).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • An Associate's degree or higher.
  • Experience with a wide range of clinical and administrative roles within the healthcare sector.
