Position Overview
- Location: Fully Remote - Work from the comfort of your own home
- Start Date: Immediate openings available, with a start date in late November (subject to change based on the completion of the onboarding process)
- Company: Workwarp, in partnership with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Client
- Compensation: A competitive hourly rate of $17/hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift between 8am - 9pm EST, Monday to Friday (specific shift assigned after training)
About the Role
As a Medical Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to insurance providers to verify coverage and resolve patient queries
- Investigating and updating patient data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Utilizing computer skills for efficient data entry and management
- Operating in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program to maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance
- Collaborating with carriers to secure coverage for patients' medications, ensuring timely and effective support
Essential Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience in medical insurance and call center environments, with a deep understanding of insurance processes and regulations
