Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Office Analysts and Estimating Experts to ensure accurate product representation in QuoteCenter, driving business success and customer satisfaction.
 - Maintain and manage product changes, executing strategic data updates in response to division and marketing objectives, and ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
 - Leverage strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data, informing product types, locations, and categories, and driving data-driven decision-making.
 - Ensure adherence to established processes for updating data systems, maintaining data integrity, and driving quality assurance efforts.
 - Execute tasks related to core operational projects and process enhancements, managing incoming requests and tasks, and communicating issues and barriers to stakeholders.
 - Effectively manage time allocation for core responsibilities and departmental requests, prioritizing activities that drive team goals and objectives.
 - Support the training and development of newer departmental partners, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive team success.
 - Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal direction, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
 
Significant Tasks, Duties, and Key Accountabilities
- 35%: Execute data updates across multiple data systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of changes based on essential team objectives, and supporting quality assurance efforts through analysis of peer data projects.
 - 20%: Collaborate with various teams, including Division Analysts and Pricing, by participating in meetings and effectively completing assignments, driving cross-functional success.
 - 20%: Act as a subject matter expert and conduct research or analysis within assigned tasks or initiatives, driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions.
 - 10%: Accurately understand and capture colleague requirements, translating requirements into work items with suitable sizing to meet demands, and utilizing insight to evaluate the level of input for complex changes.
 - 10%: Execute departmental data administrative tasks and error documentation management, ensuring data integrity and driving process improvements.
 - 5%: Mentor other professionals in developing/improving business acumen and analytical skills, driving team growth and development.
 
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or older.
 - Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
 - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
 - 2 years of significant work experience in a related field.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in learning various databases and software systems, with experience in managing unstructured data.
 - 3+ years of Excel experience.
 - 1+ year of SQL experience.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels, both internally and externally.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-production environment.
 - 2 years of work experience in daily business management, operations, marketing, pricing, finance, or strategy.
 - Undergraduate degree or higher.
 - Proactive, efficient, and self-starting, with the ability to work well under short deadlines.
