Job Summary
A Biostatistician I at WCG Clinical is responsible for performing a variety of statistical and programming activities, including data analysis, statistical programming, and biostatistical analyses. Under the direct supervision of a more experienced statistician, you will work on assigned tasks related to statistical analyses and statistical programming. Your attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing data, including writing code using SAS or other statistical programs
- Preparing graphs, tables, and listings with in-house macros when appropriate
- Creating and auditing analysis programs
- Performing biostatistical analyses under the supervision of more senior staff
- Programming analysis datasets with guidance
- Remaining abreast of current advances in biostatistics relevant to DMC work
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor, which may occasionally be unrelated to the position described
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational background and relevant experience in biostatistics or a related field. The following qualifications and experience are required:
- M.S. or equivalent degree in statistics, or related field
- Possess attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, and excellent communication skills
- Able to juggle several complex tasks simultaneously

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position is $66,250 to $81,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
