Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of lead teaching experience in a U.S. K-12 public, private, and/or charter school.
• Hold a U.S. teaching credential (exceptions may be considered for retired teachers with recently lapsed credentials and significant classroom experience).
• Be passionate about teaching science and committed to advancing equity in education.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues in a virtual environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience teaching K-12 science in the classroom or online environment.
• Familiarity with Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Background in special education (SPED) or English language learner (ELL) teaching.
