Job Overview

As an IT Project Manager at Technatomy Corporation, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the implementation and execution of Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) projects within our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to foster effective communication and coordination among team members and ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure the team is following best practices and industry standards, and identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables, implementing risk mitigation strategies and working with teams to address challenges promptly.
• Ensure the quality of LCNC implementations by working with various teams to conduct thorough testing and validation processes, and monitor team performance, recommending improvements as needed.
• Generate and present regular project status reports to leadership, and gather feedback from users to drive continuous improvement in LCNC implementations.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in driving and managing business discussions, including planning, scope management, process, and change management discussions. You should be highly skilled in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convert concepts into professional documents, including presentations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required, and you must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, familiarity with Jira and experience working with Federal agencies are highly desirable. If you have a strong understanding of the LCNC industry and best practices in software and solutions development, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be well-suited to this role.
