Position Purpose
The Lead Analyst, Order to Cash, will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the Order to Cash (OTC) tower. This role will partner with project teams and external business partners to support problem-solving efforts. The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting the activities of the team, ensuring customer service, and encouraging continuous improvement of processes and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration (10%): Develop and recommend solutions, build trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams, and gather input and feedback concerning business needs.
- Continuous Improvements & Controls (10%): Participate in the continuous improvement of FBS processes, develop scalable solutions, ensure proper documentation, and work closely with compliance and controls teams.
- Operational Duties & Oversight (60%): Coordinate execution by a small team, collaborate with other teams, build and propose solutions, foster continuous improvement and innovation, and ensure execution of controls.
- People Management & Team Leadership (20%): Provide guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts, evaluate execution and contribution, support timely feedback, and foster collaboration with team members.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a related field, with experience in process improvement and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with data analytics and visualization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as other accounting software programs.
- Technological Experience: Experience with innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain.
- Leadership Experience: Previous people or project team management experience.
