Job Description
As a Lead Strategic Accounts 3 CNV, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This advanced-level direct sales position requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily on customer premise, create existing/new sales for solutions delivery meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products/services/systems/solutions
- Identify sales opportunity solutions with the aid of support resources
- Build and maintain a network of colleagues/customers to share information and obtain prospects
- Support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (billing/installation/customer issues)
- Support contract renewal efforts, generate contract addendums, and maintain contract expiration inventories for assigned accounts
- Support product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs
- Demonstrate broad and strong working knowledge of entire product/service line
- Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities, and deliver valuable solutions
- Develop responses to Request for Proposals
- Identify key trends and customer needs, leverage industry knowledge/applications, and utilize consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts
- Own account relationships, responsible for meeting revenue objectives, and demonstrate sustained record of sales achievement
- Effectively influence customers, diffusing potential problems
- Develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned highly complex accounts/projects while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support the sales team through coaching or mentoring, and assist less experienced peers
- Lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-12 years of direct work experience
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Knowledge of telecommunications, technology, or a related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
