Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Positively interact with students, parents, and visitors, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Outreach: Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, text, and lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into our program.
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry and spreadsheet management of key sales and operational activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Student Assessments and Support: Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist with digital marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels.
  • Administrative Support: Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks, maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching.
  • Math Skills: Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra 2+.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior working experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills.
  • Work Ethic and Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching or Tutoring Experience: Experience teaching or working with students, particularly in a math-related field.
  • Availability: Ability to work 1 PM-7 PM, Monday-Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM.
