Our direct client, a large R&D focused global pharma company, is seeking to hire for the position of Project Coordinator with expertise in financial.
Job Title: Project Coordinator/Analyst
Location: 100% Remote per EST
Pay rate: $55-$60/HR on W2 (negotiable)
The Project Coordinator/Analyst will support the DD&T Strategy & Operations team and the Development & Regulatory DD&T teams, supporting portfolio management and budget management activities.
Project budget coordination (track SOWs, invoices and POs) in partnership with Product Managers & Business Systems Owners.
• Track compliance to financial management and operational tasks and requirements
• Provide leadership status of financial management and compliance (status reports filed, budget projections being updated, POs and SOWs aligned
• Support teams to pro-actively manage plan vs actual and identify (early) overages or underspend
Coordinate with business systems owners to manage business budget forecasts not directly tied to DD&T products
Functional Requirements:
• Detail oriented
• Project financial tracking experience
• Task and issue management and tracking
• Financial processes management (Contracts, POs, Invoices)
• Strong communications skills
Technical Requirements:
Ariba Procurement (user experience)
PowerBI dashboard (user experience)
Project Portfolio Management (user experienced) - preferred
GxP/Pharma Experience: Not Required
Project Methodology: Agile & Waterfall
