Job Description Part-Time Flexible Hours Digital Campaign Execution Dignotion is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with account managers and content teams to plan, build, and optimize high-performing email campaigns for our clients. This is a project-based, flexible role-ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with a sharp eye for content, layout, and performance. You'll be responsible for creating emails that not only look great but also convert. Key Responsibilities: • Design, code, and deploy responsive email campaigns using HTML/CSS • Build custom workflows, automated sequences, and segmentation logic • Develop briefs and manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns • Audit templates and campaigns for code quality, mobile responsiveness, and inbox deliverability • Create A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs • Collaborate with team members to align email strategy with broader marketing objectives • Track campaign metrics and provide performance insights Requirements Requirements: • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar) • Solid working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and coding • Familiarity with personalization, segmentation, and behavioral triggers • Experience setting up automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Notion) • Basic graphic design and copy editing skills • Comfortable working independently and communicating with internal or client teams • Fluent written and spoken English Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate campaign management • Familiarity with deliverability best practices and tools (e.g., Litmus) • Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment • Additional spoken languages Benefits • Remote or hybrid (NYC-based optional) • Flexible working hours • Project-based or part-time engagement • Opportunity to work on data-driven campaigns for a variety of clients and industries Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
