We’re passionate about delivering measurable results for our clients and are looking for a skilled SEO & PPC Specialist to join our team. Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across search and paid platforms. This is an hourly, part-time role (60–80 hours per month) with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO). - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings. - Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights. - Manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain cost efficiency. - Write and optimize blog posts and website content aligned with SEO best practices. - Plan and execute backlink campaigns, including outreach and relationship-building. - Stay up-to-date with SEO and PPC trends, tools, and best practices. - Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align SEO, PPC, and content strategies with overall marketing goals. Qualifications & Skills - 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management. - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. - Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog). - Excellent blog writing and content creation skills with a focus on SEO. - Experience running backlinking campaigns and building domain authority. - Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Strong understanding of keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
