Job description: Manages professional Recruitment team to include Recruiters and Administrative staff. Provides expertise to Recruitment staff and HR business partners in the areas of recruitment. Establishes and maintains relationships with OED, HR Site, Compensation, Pre-Employment and other business partners in support of the overall mission and strategic goals of the organization. Serves as an HR Recruitment consultant to hiring leaders to support the overall mission of filling positions with quality candidates with a focus on excellent customer service and efficiency. Will have Recruitment responsibility over multiple entities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business, Human Resource Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in leading a team including at least 8 full life-cycle recruiters plus additional staff including sourcing and cold calling. Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of leadership. Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational and project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple priorities. Proficiency in computer programs. Masters Degree and SPHR desirable. Healthcare hospital experience highly preferred.
