Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality instruction to students that meet the program and course objectives
- Create an organized, disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning and imparts the requirements of the relevant workplace setting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching practices
- Foster a positive and effective learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
- Provide guidance and support to students, and help them develop the skills and competencies needed to succeed in their chosen career paths
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, and provide regular feedback to students and administrators
- Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Health Care Administration program
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree in a related subject area from an accredited college or university
- At least four (4) years of experience in Health Care Administration, with a strong understanding of industry practices and trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to students
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Master's degree in a related subject area, or a related field such as Business Administration or Public Health
- Teaching experience in a higher education setting, or experience with curriculum development and program evaluation
- Industry certifications or specialized training in Health Care Administration, such as Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE)
- Experience working with adult learners, and a strong understanding of their needs and challenges

- The ability to stay current with industry trends and developments, and to incorporate this knowledge into your teaching practices
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to design and deliver instruction that meets the needs of adult learners

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $64,480 - $66,560 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
