Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, helpdesk-style technical support to end-users remotely, utilizing screen sharing or SSH to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Respond to and correct automated alerts, such as backup and drive failures, to ensure seamless client operations.
  • Participate in upgrades, onboarding processes, and other critical tasks to enhance our service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in cyber hygiene practices to safeguard our clients' technology infrastructure.
  • Occasionally visit clients' offices (for those locally based) to provide on-site support.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

While prior experience with Apple products, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace is beneficial, we're open to training the right candidate. The ideal applicant will possess:

  • Familiarity with Apple devices, particularly Mac and iPhone.
  • Experience supporting desktop applications, such as Office and Creative Cloud.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows device management within Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra).
  • Troubleshooting skills for computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

What We Offer

Our compensation package is competitive, with hourly rates ranging from $15.00 to $20.00, depending on your skill level and availability. We offer:

  • Flexible scheduling, with part-time and full-time positions available.
  • Mandatory daytime availability between 7am and 7pm Central time, Monday to Friday.
