Key Responsibilities

  • Building Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with a growing network of solutions and technology partners, and agencies to drive co-marketing initiatives that generate leads, opportunities, seller launches, and GMV growth.
  • Channel Partner Enablement: Empower channel partners to attract new sellers and brands to Walmart Marketplace, driving incremental revenue and growth.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of strategic partner GTM Playbook, content creation, and distribution across social media, newsletters, emails, webinars, speaking sessions, and joint activations at industry events.
  • Crafting Compelling Content: Develop messages and content for partner audiences via display ad campaigns, paid marketing, email marketing, case studies, and promotional/incentive offers to Sellers.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate partner marketing media budget across partners and tactics to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Create monthly and yearly co-marketing campaign calendars and work-back-schedules to drive campaign activations.
  • Process Development: Establish clear GTM strategies, playbooks, SOPs, and checklists to establish ways of working with solution providers and agencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Comms, legal, branding, and creative, product marketing, product, and analytics teams to establish SOPs, approval timelines, and tracking and reporting cadences.
  • Performance Metrics & Insights: Define and consistently measure KPIs and forecasts, delivering against channel goals and individual partner objectives, and effectively communicate performance metrics and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach other team members, setting standards, operational processes, and leading by example.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (or 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field without a degree).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and operations.
  • Experience with Google analytics, KPI tracking, and measurement.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills, with proven experience in presenting strategy and results to leadership.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

To take your application to the next level, you'll ideally have:

  • 8+ years of relevant partner marketing experience.
  • A track record of developing and managing partner marketing growth strategies in a B2B/SaaS setting.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other Martech/CRM solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving teams to action.
  • Experience in retail or ecommerce.
  • Digital marketing experience (e.g., affiliate marketing, display advertising).
