As a Manager, Human Capital, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a culture of engagement, and ensuring that our organization is equipped to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Leading Human Capital Excellence

  • Business Acumen and Strategic Partnership: Understand key business initiatives and goals for assigned business units, identifying gaps and proposing changes to mitigate risks and drive success.
  • Human Capital Solutions: Develop and implement company-driven human capital solutions to address challenges affecting business success, leveraging your expertise in HR disciplines and labor laws.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key leaders at multiple levels within supported business units, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Serve as the ultimate point of contact for escalated HR issues, utilizing your expertise and judgment to resolve complex problems.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with TTEC's processes and tools, continuously improving and scaling processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Task Force Participation: Participate in corporate-wide human capital initiatives, bringing your expertise and perspective to drive positive change.

Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive Human Capital Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital, with a proven track record of driving transformations in the HR function.
  • Strong Service Delivery Background: Experience in a global outsourcing environment, with a strong understanding of HR service delivery models and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging Shared Services tools, including HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle, Success Factors), ATS, employee self-service portals, and document management systems.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to implement Operational Excellence methodologies and design tools to innovate and improve processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with expertise in utilizing data to scale and improve services and employee experience.
  • Leadership Presence: Strong leadership presence, with a proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Education: Post-Graduate/Masters Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and business practices.
  • IT/ITES/Enterprise Services Domain Experience: Experience working in the IT/ITES/Enterprise Services domain, with a strong understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
  • Digital Literacy: Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in HR, including AI, automation, and analytics.
