As a key member of our integrated marketing campaigns team, you'll be instrumental in driving business growth, promoting Walmart Marketplace to the seller audience of our channel partners, and generating awareness and interest for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with a growing network of solutions and technology partners, driving strategic co-marketing initiatives that fuel leads, opportunities, seller launches, and GMV growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy, including GTM Playbook, content creation, and distribution across social posts, newsletters, emails, webinars, speaking sessions, and joint activations at industry events.
- Craft compelling messages and content for partner audiences via display ad campaigns, paid marketing, email marketing, case studies, and promotional/incentive offers to Sellers.
- Manage and allocate partner marketing media budget across partners and tactics to ensure maximum ROI, creating monthly and yearly co-marketing campaign calendars and work-back-schedules.
- Establish clear GTM strategies, playbooks, SOPs, and checklists to streamline ways of working with solution providers and agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Comms, legal, branding, creative, product marketing, product, and analytics teams to establish SOPs, approval timelines, and tracking and reporting cadences.
- Define and consistently measure KPIs and forecasts, delivering against channel goals and individual partner objectives, and effectively communicating performance metrics and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and creative teams on marketing collateral and event executions, driving results through influence and leading by example.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of relevant partner marketing experience, preferably in a B2B/SaaS setting.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs.
- Project management skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience managing external partners and understanding digital marketing channels and tactics.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with consumer GTM strategies based on consumer-driven insights.
- Experience with consumer-facing product launches and consumer campaigns.
- An MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Internet or technology industry experience.
- Copywriting experience and a strong understanding of marketing principles and operations.

Location: Remote (with offices in Hoboken, NJ; San Bruno, CA; Sunnyvale, CA; Seattle, WA; and Bentonville, AR)
Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $202,000 (dependent on location)
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses, stock options, and more.
