About the Role
As an ABA Autism Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one in-home therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum, working collaboratively with our team of experienced BCBAs to deliver personalized support and guidance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum
 - Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
 - Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
 - Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
 - Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
 - Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
 - Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions
 
Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
 - Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
 - 1-year ABA Experience (or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting)
 - Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
 - Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
 - Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients
 
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
 - Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families
 - University Partnerships, Supervision, Practicum, and Mentoring experience (for aspiring BCBAs)

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus paid training and the opportunity to earn up to $4000 in incentive bonuses per year. Our benefits package includes:
