Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to support our growing needs in office administration, HR, and customer service functions. As a 100% remote position, you will need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and be able to work independently with excellent time-management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring caregivers and coordinating job fairs to attract top talent
- Post job ads and perform social media marketing to expand our reach
- Staff all client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client
- Manage employee files and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of in-home caregivers
- Perform payroll responsibilities and ensure timely payments
- Answer telephone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate client care to ensure highest service quality delivered to clients
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment and staffing reports
- Other office coordination duties as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekdays between 8am - 7pm West Coast Time
- 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment with a verifiable exemplary job record
- Previous experience in a remote setting with strong references (a definite plus)
- Hands-on computer experience with Microsoft Office, web applications, scheduling tools, and other software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a clear and professional phone presence
- Strong work ethic, respectful, and professional attitude towards work
- US Citizen or proof of work authorization required
