About the Role
In this role, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with our customers via phone, email, and other virtual channels. You'll be responsible for providing personalized support, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to address their queries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions.
 - Research and problem-solve to determine the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
 - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - demonstrated through a written assessment.
 - Ability to multitask, navigating multiple systems and tools while maintaining a conversation with customers.
 - Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet.
 - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including shifting schedules and working overtime as needed.
 - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
 - High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Ability to pass a background check.
 
Technical Requirements
To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and background noise.
 - A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed).
 - A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam (we'll provide these).
