Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly and ad-hoc BASN outreach team meetings to stay updated on our products and services
  • Organize and document records in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist the customer outreach team in creating PowerPoint presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Continuously stock our top retail accounts, including daily pack-outs, display building, resets, and updating pricing points to align with product promotions
  • Support field marketing activities through in-store demos, event activations, and key special actions
  • Accurately report time, expenses, and other daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks and provide summary recaps as required to the Chief of your area
  • Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Assistant Program, including weekly student-led meetings, final project presentation, weekly workshops, and attend our annual culmination in NY
  • Support additional ad-hoc activities as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The following requirements are essential:

  • Have completed at least Junior year of college curriculum or recently graduated with a degree
  • Reside in Northwest Arkansas region with the ability to drive within that area
  • Have a reliable vehicle for this role
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and team player
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel (~40% of time) by plane or car
  • Valid and active driver's license required
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances
  • Motor Vehicle Records must meet Organization guidelines per Driving Policy

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential requirements, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
