Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multi-task, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, rapid navigation through systems, and internet research to support customers.
- Ability to adapt to change, with a willingness to learn and grow with the business needs of the company.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
- Must be able to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
