Job Overview

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation packages, including:

  • Base Pay: $14.50 per hour
  • Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour, contingent upon weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour, contingent upon weekly attendance and performance
In addition to competitive pay, we provide paid training, performance and attendance-based incentives, the convenience of working from home, a collaborative team environment, 401K Match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO).

Requirements for Success

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
  • Provide a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Have Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite connections are not compatible)

Essential Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to deliver the highest level of customer service experience
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Effectively managing time and tasks, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Engaging in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with the requirement to pass exams to proceed through training and certifications
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications across all channels
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • A high level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation, success-driven attitude, and comfort working from home
  • While not required, preferred experience includes previous roles in customer support, technical support, group and/or individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, call center experience, familiarity with CRM systems, and Spanish bilingual skills.
