Job Overview

The Medical Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in our healthcare team, providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients regarding billing inquiries and other medical-related matters. Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in healthcare and experience working in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medical Claims and/or Insurance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will need to have:

  • Epic Software experience highly preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must have worked in a call center and have experience in Medical Claims and/or Insurance, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and procedures.
  • Ability to undergo a criminal background check, prove ownership of a High School Diploma, GED or Transcripts, and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC as well), adhering to our strict compliance standards.
  • Have High Speed Internet with a minimal of 50 Mbps Download/20 Mbps Upload Speed, with the ability to hard wire via Ethernet cable, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.
  • Ability to work from home in a quiet setting with no others within earshot, due to HIPAA compliance, including a workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer, with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality and data security.
