Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to customers via phone, identifying and resolving their problems
  • Assisting with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
  • Recording customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
  • Working towards established goals that will help you develop professionally

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent Danish language skills
  • Residency in Denmark (work-from-home requirements)
  • High-level English language skills
  • Interest in technology and willingness to tackle technical challenges
  • Strong understanding of good customer service and motivation to deliver exceptional experiences
  • A dedicated workspace with a stable broadband connection
