Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry:
    • Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Verify data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files as required, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
    • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
    • Generate and distribute reports as needed, providing insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Communication:

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
