Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of less experienced Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team
- Provide feedback and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support influence
- Perform complex client care tasks and provide guidance to less experienced agents to meet defined productivity and performance goals
- Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with various departments to resolve client issues and concerns
- Suggest areas requiring improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements
- Interact with internal and external clients to address their needs and provide solutions
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of Client Support, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field

- Strong client care skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
