Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of less experienced Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Provide feedback and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support influence
  • Perform complex client care tasks and provide guidance to less experienced agents to meet defined productivity and performance goals
  • Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with various departments to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Suggest areas requiring improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements
  • Interact with internal and external clients to address their needs and provide solutions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements

Essential Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Client Support, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Strong client care skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
