About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service professional to work in our remote team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers who have been affected by identity theft and consumer fraud. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from consumers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Providing A+ customer service by addressing consumer concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
  • Efficiently documenting consumer complaints into a secure database.
  • Offering educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud.
  • Providing clear and concise information about identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and relevant federal laws.
  • Documenting consumer interactions accurately and efficiently in our secure database.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as necessary.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (this process can take 7-60 days).
  • Bilingual skills: fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Additional compensation will be considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of federal law.
  • A professional resume that includes your contact information (phone number and email address) and the contact information (phone numbers and physical addresses) of previous employers.
