About the Role
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. Your primary focus will be on data entry, record-keeping, and project management, utilizing various software tools and technologies. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with team reporting and dashboards using Asana and Salesforce, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Review customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements, verifying that all records are accurate and compliant with company policies, and update Okta databases accordingly.
- Maintain and report on Customer Marketing account repository within Asana, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible.
- Organize and manage team documents, folders, and systems, actively proposing efficiencies to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Project manage customer marketing programs, including coordinating photo shoots, scheduling, staffing, content routing for customer approval, and updating trackers in Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Asana, Salesforce, Okta, and Google Sheets; experience with other productivity software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a high level of data entry accuracy.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
