Major Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Manager at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Leading customer care processes and procedures, including scheduling direct care staff for private duty and medical staffing clients.
 - Managing unstaffed shifts by optimizing caregiver availability to reduce overtime and lost revenue.
 - Handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, serving as the point person for client, family, direct care staff, and other inquiries across multiple locations.
 - Supervising, educating, and coaching direct care staff in non-clinical matters.
 - Participating in after-hours on-call rotation for multiple regional locations.
 - Providing information for statistics, reports, and records to evaluate and report on organization activities.
 - Overseeing the touchpoint process and reporting results to leadership.
 - Assisting in the development of organization goals and performance improvement activities.
 - Ensuring proper maintenance of records in compliance with Human Resources, local, state, and federal laws.
 - Assuring compliance with all Human Resources, local, state, and federal laws.
 
Essential Qualifications
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Related Work Experience
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of one (1) year of managerial or supervisory experience.
 - A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service in a doctor's office, hospital, medical staffing, or home health care environment.
 
Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a professional, empathetic manner.
 - Experience using computer programs.
