About the position Responsibilities • Receive all product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events related to BIVI products. • Communicate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, consumers, and sales personnel primarily via telephone, email, and mail. • Provide information on proper product use, adverse events, and product defects. • Maintain technical and clinical expertise related to BIVI products through continuous learning. • Document all communications in the BIVI Validated Database (PVWorks) according to compliance requirements. • Ensure timely communication and adherence to BIVI SOPs, escalating issues to Technical Services Veterinarians as necessary. • Support sales representatives by providing technical support and attending veterinary conferences. • Research topics and prepare reports as requested by management. • Participate in call analysis and report trends or issues regarding product usage. • Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Requirements • Strong customer service background with a commitment to excellence. • Understanding of regulatory compliance in a customer service environment. • Knowledge of basic veterinary practice issues and procedures. • Attention to detail and quality-focused with strong technical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Ability to manage conflict and balance business needs with user-friendliness. • Ability to work independently under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility. • Experience in the animal health or related industry and/or regulatory experience is a plus. • Associate Degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience in a veterinary clinic.
