About the position Responsibilities • Strengthens the BJC brand through marketing and communications platforms, channels and vehicles. • Leverages marketing and communications best practices to initiate and develop more effective and efficient channels and tools. • Proven track record of proficiency in responsibilities of functional role(s), including technical skills and processes. • Integrates current change management concepts and strategies into all employee communication and marketing deliverables. • Manages and fulfills daily functional operations to meet project timelines and requirements. • Analyzes functional challenges and provides appropriate strategic counsel to achieve department and/or HSO goals.
