Opportunity: Virtual Service Operations is searching for a ServiceNow Librarian. In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow Service Catalog, workflows, ensuring that services and offerings are current, accurate, and aligned with business needs. This role works closely with service owners, process managers, and developers to govern catalog content and streamline user access to services. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update the ServiceNow service catalog structure, categories, workflows and items. • Work with service owners and business units to onboard new service catalog items and retire outdated services. • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance of service catalog items with organizational standards. • Perform quality assurance reviews of catalog content for completeness and usability. • Manage data, workflows, and approval processes associated with catalog items. • Develop and maintain documentation and standards for catalog item creation and lifecycle. • Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing catalog usage and recommending enhancements. • Coordinate with ServiceNow administrators and developers to implement catalog changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Service Catalog module, assets and configuration items. • Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with service request workflows and automation in ServiceNow. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with data governance or content management is a plus. Preferred Background: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation certification. • Prior experience in IT operations, service catalog management, or business analysis Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
