They are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Program Manager to oversee airport projects and programs, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Develop and manage airport programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. • Coordinate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, security, and customer service, to ensure seamless program implementation. • Liaise with external stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies, contractors, and vendors, to facilitate project progress and resolve issues. • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in airport operations and project management. • Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders. • Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to achieve project goals. • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
