                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Book mid to large sized meetings with peak night thresholds above 41 rooms contracted.
• Engage in proactive business development to convert new business opportunities.
• Utilize key industry tools for prospecting and relationship management.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clientele base.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize uncapped quarterly bonus potential.
Requirements
• A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred.
• Proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training.
• Previous or existing full-service Hyatt Sales Manager experience.
