Behavior Technician - $22-$28/hr, Comprehensive Benefits, Paid Training, Paid RBT Certification
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy in various settings.
• Teach adaptive skills and manage behaviors of concern.
• Use ABA teaching methods (DTT, NET, PRT) and maintain empirical data.
• Communicate with Program Manager/Clinical Director.
• Complete daily clinic notes and data, and organize teaching materials.
• Shadow, substitute, and train entry-level therapists.
Requirements
• B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field (or currently pursuing) or significant ABA experience.
• Training in ABA fundamentals.
• Experience working with children with special needs, such as Autism.
• Reliable transportation to drive from client to client.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to provide negative TB test results.
• Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
• Access to a computer with an internet connection.
• Mobile phone with an ongoing service plan.
Nice-to-haves
• Fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs.
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ABA tools/methods and principles of behavior modification.
