We are always looking for qualified, culture-friendly candidates to join our professional and somewhat quirky family. 100% Remote Consulting Engagement Start Date: November 2025-April 2026 Working EST hours No C2C/3rd Party Position Overview As a Workforce Management/Scheduling Nurse Consultant (Non-Clinical), you will play a critical role in supporting healthcare organizations during the implementation and post-go-live phases of our workforce management platform. You will collaborate with schedulers and operational leaders to ensure successful adoption and optimization of our solution. Key Responsibilities • Gather cost center requirements to support accurate configuration • Provide workflow consulting and live training through a series of virtual sessions (typically four 1–1.5 hour calls) • Offer implementation support by responding to scheduler inquiries and managing one-off changes • Deliver post-go-live support following our established Quality Services and Talent Advisory Model Qualifications • Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred • Experience in hospital operations, scheduling, or workforce management • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment Our Team: Divurgent is a solutions provider focused on what matters most to our client partners.
