Social Media Content Creator

A busy ladies’ fashion boutique catering to a mature clientele, is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, fun, and passionate about bringing fashion to life online.
Responsibilities:
• Visit the boutique weekly to capture fresh, engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories).
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Work with store staff to highlight new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and boutique events.
• Stay on top of trends in social media, particularly in fashion and lifestyle.
• Bring creative ideas to enhance brand presence and engage our audience.
Requirements:
• Must be able to visit our West Delray store weekly (schedule depends on shipments and boutique needs).
• Portfolio or examples of past social media work required.
• Strong eye for design, photography, and storytelling.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to adapt to a changing retail schedule.
Details:
• Part-time: 8–12 hours per week (hours may vary seasonally and will be adjusted as needed).
• No fixed schedule – flexibility required based on boutique shipments and promotions.
• Pay depends on experience and will be discussed in person.
