Mental Health Clinician- Remote
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Conduct initial intake assessments for individuals enrolling in mental health services.
• Provide crisis support and brief interventions to clients.
• Manage referrals and case management for prospective or enrolled clients.
• Ensure prompt and accurate clinical documentation of intake assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate services for assigned participants.
• Provide advocacy and wrap-around services in an outpatient setting.
• Develop initial treatment plans with participant input, focusing on strengths.
• Participate in staff meetings, consultations, and training programs.
• Consult with psychiatric practitioners and other professionals as needed.
• May provide individual and group therapy as clinically indicated.
Requirements
• Master's degree in a social service field is required.
• WA State DOH credential for mental health counseling and assessment is required.
• Minimum of one year experience providing behavioral health services.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups of participants and co-workers.
• Experience in engaging families in the treatment process is preferred.
• Experience conducting multi-dimensional assessments and interventions.
